Going From Perfectionism to Peace
Looking back, I see a young girl weighed down by stress and self-doubt, trying so hard to measure up to impossible standards. For years, I believed that to be “good enough,” I had to do everything perfectly. But over time, that relentless drive brought me stress, burnout, and a nagging feeling that I was still falling short.

Through countless experiences and a few personal breakdowns along the way, I started to unravel these beliefs that had been holding me back. I realised that my worth wasn’t in “doing” but simply in being me.

Unpacking the Baggage - Letting Go of the Past and Embracing the Present

As women, we’re so often shaped by those around us. I grew up with a wonderful mother who didn’t always see her worth. Her self-doubt, her hesitations - those things became part of my own story. Without even realising it, I had modelled her patterns with my daughter.

Seeing the impact on my family made me want to break the cycle. Through hypnotherapy and coaching, I worked to release limiting beliefs, build healthy habits, and understand the core of who I am. Now, my focus is on helping other women do the same, to stop hiding their brilliance and step into the life they deserve.
