I used to eat my feelings—when life got tough, food was my comfort. At over 100kgs, I felt stuck. Emotional eating and failed workouts were my routine. I could barely last 5 minutes on a cross-trainer!
But I pushed through. With better food choices and simple movement (no intense gym sessions), I dropped 33kgs. It was a tough road, but worth it.
Then, hypnotherapy entered my life and everything changed. It made weight loss feel easier and faster. Recently, perimenopause hit with weight gain, but I knew I wasn’t starting over. I turned to hypnotherapy again and in a month, I lost 4.5kgs (results vary!). No cravings, better habits, and motivation to move my body, despite never loving workouts.
