Hi there I’m Hana Zawodny - a professionally Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Brain Training, Transformational & Intuitive Coach with over 15 years of experience helping women create lasting change.

Before this work, I spent over 20 years in corporate HR, supporting managers and teams through the highs and lows of workplace life. I know what it’s like to show up every day while quietly battling burnout, anxiety, perimenopause, and self-doubt.

My own turning point came when I hit that wall myself. That experience led me to explore the deeper tools of transformation healing and ultimately, to this work.

Today, I support busy, soul-led women - especially those in high-pressure roles using a blend of evidence-based and intuitive approaches. Alongside cognitive techniques and brain coaching, I draw on energy healing, somatic methods, and subconscious work, tailoring each session to what you need most.

What does being hypnotised feel like?

What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). It’s a powerful mind-body approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, language, and behaviours are connected. 

By identifying and gently shifting subconscious patterns, NLP supports clearer thinking, emotional resilience, and more empowering habits.

It works beautifully alongside hypnotherapy to help you break free from limiting beliefs and create lasting change both consciously and unconsciously.

Each session is personalised to you. We begin with a relaxed conversation about what’s going on for you and what you’d like support with. Then, using a blend of hypnotherapy, subconscious tools (like NLP), hypnothearpy, and evidence based mind-body and psychology techniques, I guide you into a calm, focused state where real change can begin.
