Do You See Clients In Person In Brisbane Or Online?
I offer both in-person sessions at my Birkdale, Brisbane clinic and online sessions for clients across Australia and internationally. 

While both are equally effective, I often recommend online sessions because you're in your own familiar, comfortable environment.  This naturally puts your mind at ease when exploring sensitive topics.  Many clints find this creates deeper relaxation and openess, making the transformation process even more powerful.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Most clients see significant improvement within 3-5 sessions, though everyone's journey is unique.  During a complimentary consultation we will discuss your specific situation and create a personalised plan that works for your timeline and goals.

My approach goes well beyond hypnotherapy alone.  As a certified menopause champion and NLP practitioner, I draw on multiple evidence-based modalities and blend these with intuitive coaching (when appropriate) to create a truly personalised support system for each woman's unique perimenopause experience.  This includes addressing nutrition, movement, stress management and subconscious pattern work - ensuring we tackle your symptoms from every angle for lasting transformation.
