If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re carrying a lot, mentally, emotionally, hormonally, or all three at once.

And if we’re honest… starting something new (even when it’s the right thing) can feel a little daunting.

So let’s make this simple.

Here’s exactly what it’s like to work with me, so you know what to expect, how it feels, and what will happen every step of the way.

You won’t be surprised.
You won’t be judged.

And you won’t be doing this alone

Most women say:

“I felt calmer just talking to you.”

What Working Together Actually Feels Like

Women often imagine hypnotherapy as being “put under” or losing control.  It’s nothing like that.

This work feels:
  • grounding
  • soothing
  • spacious
  • emotionally safe
  • like your whole system finally gets a chance to exhale
You’ll hear every word.
You’ll stay completely in control.
And you’ll feel supported the entire time.

Think of it like guided, deeply restorative focus, where the noise quiets and your inner clarity comes forward.
Hypnotherapy session in progress, providing calm, supportive guidance for emotional regulation and nervous system recovery.
Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes, completely!

You remain awake, aware and in control.
You can come out of hypnosis at any moment.
And nothing happens that you don’t want.
This work is gentle, trauma-informed, and designed for emotional safety.

Who I Don’t Work With

For safety and ethics, I refer clients on if they have:
  • active psychosis
  • bipolar with psychosis
  • schizophrenia
  • severe depression with suicidal ideation
  • dissociative disorders
  • borderline personality disorder
  • uncontrolled epilepsy
  • severe substance misuse
You deserve the right support, even if that’s not me.
I’m always honest about that.

Ready to Feel More Like Yourself Again?

You don’t have to do this alone.
You don’t have to pretend you’re fine.
And you don’t have to keep pushing through overwhelm.

Let’s take the next step together

I’d love to support you.
